We will never, ever, ever, ever share, trade or sell your sensitive email and credit card information with a third party. Any information Heather J. Studios collects is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to allow us to complete orders. Heather J. Studios reserves the right to refuse sales and/or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Heather J. Studios. Please be aware that by using this website and or contacting us with any personal information, you are giving your consent for the collection and use of information by us and us alone. By purchasing, buyer agrees to shop policies. Thank you!


Please know that while some items are in stock, most are made-to-order. Items that are in stock will ship within 3-5 business days of received payment. Items that are back-ordered or made-to-order, usually ships within 1–4 weeks due to production time. Production time for Rare Reflections can usually be anywhere from 1 – 8 weeks due to the nature of the production process. If for any reason, we need to alter the time needed for production we will contact you via email.


All Jewelry orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx and will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $10 for US domestic shipping. Shipping prices for art varies from product to product and will be listed with the piece. If you would like to use another shipping method such as overnight delivery we ask that you email us. Please be aware that additional charges will be applied for overnight/rush orders. At this point in time we do not ship internationally.

All packages are insured for lose and/or damage in transit.

Please know that we only ship Mon-Friday. (Business Days Only) after receipt of payment.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the state of Washington will incur a local sales tax charge.


We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be happy with them, as well. We will always do our best to take care of, you, our customers. We pride ourselves on being fair-minded and honest and hope for the same in return.

With that said, we totally understand the complications of buying online and how much easier it is to make a decision when you have the piece in your possession. So if you have tried on that jewelry or hung that piece of art and realized it's not right for you please don't hesitate to contact us. 

You may return your item for a refund if addressed within 7, days of receipt. Please keep in mind all custom, personalized and sale items are not eligible for returns. Also keep in mind that you are responsible for properly insuring and shipping your piece(s) back to Heather J Studios.


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt and on a case by case basis.  If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to heatherjstudios@gmail.com with your request and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit. Sale or custom engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange.


Items received as a gift can be exchanged for another item as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. If you choose to exchange your piece for an item of lesser value you will be provided with a credit for future use. If you decide to exchange the piece for a piece of greater value you will be subject to the charges i.e. the difference of the two pieces. As stated above, sale and /or custom engraved pieces are not available for exchange and are final sale.
